Grey Plastic Connector must be removed from the old Radiator & installed on CSF Radiator.

How to Remove the Plastic Connector from Your Old Radiator

STEP 1: Rotate the grey plastic connector clockwise to the unlocked position.

STEP 2: Use a screwdriver to unlock the connector by pressing the tabs on each side.

STEP 3: Remove the grey plastic connector from the outlet pipe.

How to Install the Plastic Connector on Your CSF Radiator

STEP 4: Install your CSF radiator’s new O-ring (supplied).

STEP 5: Re-install the grey plastic connector in the outlet pipe of your CSF radiator.

STEP 6: Press down on the grey plastic connector and rotate it counterclockwise to lock it in place.
